As a mom of four young children, Molly loves the way yoga helps to bring calmness into the chaos of everyday life. Molly’s classes are a mix of Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga. Her classes are accessible for any level yogi and provide an opportunity to tone and strengthen both your body and your mind.
Molly believes that we can give our children a step ahead by teaching them mindfulness tools, yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Molly is RYT200 certified through YogaFit and also certified through Kidding Around Yoga. Molly also has certifications in Chair Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.
